responseofthecomponentiscalculatedineachiterationwithanexternal
FEsolver.Thehighqualityoftheresultsisguaranteedbyusingapproved
andacceptedindustrystandardsolvers.Furtherbenefitsfortheuserare
thathecanworkwithhisfavoritesolverinhisfavoritepre-and
postprocessingenvironmentandthathedoesnotneedadditionaltraining
foranewsolver.AlreadyexistingFEmodelscanbeuseddirectlyinthe
optimization.

Acloseddevelopmentprocesscanbeachievedbytheinteractionofthe
componentsofTOSCAfromthefirstconcepttotheoptimizedgeometryin
theCADsystem.
